The trick fountains and the historical park are fully accessible for wheelchair users. The palace exhibition can only be accessed via a stairway.
Badge-holder parking
There are designated parking spaces for blue badge holders. The maximum daily fee is € 4.00. Free access with the Eurokey.
Wheelchair
A wheelchair can be rented free of charge upon deposit of ID at the ticket office.
Toilets
Barrier-free toilets can be found in the aisle leading to the palace as well as next to the playground in the palace gardens.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are allowed on the entire premises.
Admission fee
There is a reduced entrance fee of € 14 for persons with special access requirements (with ID). The person accompanying the disabled visitor has free access, provided that they are included in the disabled visitor’s ID.
Information for visitors with hearing impairment
Please inquire at the checkout for our sign language videos that we provide on iPads for free rental. Our audio guides are suitable for visitors with hearing aids.
